Description
The strongest man is classed as a 'Heavy Sport' men train rigorously to keep their bodies finely tuned machines of pure muscle, this also includes special dietary requirements. Men go onto to compete in the Worlds Strongest Man placings are based on placements in National Events. There are 25 contestants and 5 events the winning two from each event go through into the final. There are many different events such as Truck Pulling, Log Throwing (caber tossing) and more. This is usually televised.
Dedication
If you want to compete and become the countries or the worlds strongest man you will need 100% dedication training to become the Strongest Man is a way of life almost a religion with the amount of training and understanding of nutrition that is required to keep the body working to be able to lift these hideously heavy objects.

To be the best in your field and become The Worlds Strongest Man, there are often prizes and trophies available.
