Cake Decorating is a wonderful and exciting past time creating works of art with icing, sugar paste and many different accessories

You do not need any special abilities or licences to start cake decorating though if you wish to follow this eventually as profession or even to teach a class yourself you will require the current health and hygiene certificate.
