Hand balancing, is the acrobatic art of performing acrobatic maneuvers supported wholly by the hands or arms. Hand balancing may be performed by an individual or with a partner, and is incorporated in many gymnastic type activity routines.
Location
Gymnasiums and circus skill schools.
Age
As with many strength activities, Hand Balancing to a serious level, is not encouraged at two younger age.
Ability
Hand balancing necessitates a good basic level of gymnastic skills, a high level of arm strength and a high sense of balance.
Description
Hand Balancing is not only a stand alone activity, it is commonly incorporated into the routines of acro dancers, circus performers, gymnasts, and sports acrobats.
