Description
Ferrets are most active around dawn and dusk, sleeping between 14 and 18 hours a day, despite this they do need to be exercised and they love human company and bond very well with human companions they love to play games of hide and seek or tug. They also love to be taken out and a special H shaped harness must be worn to stop them from straying as they have no natural homing device. As carnivores they need a balanced diet, their bodies are unable to digest vegetables.
