Artistic Gymnastics is the art of completing a 30-90 second routine on a mixed selection of apparatus. Men's and women's requirements differ slightly with men's being more about strength and women's being more about artistic agility.

Artistic Gymnastics is a perfect balance of athletics and aesthetics, gymnastics is one of the most popular events within the Olympic Games. Artistic Gymnastics is almost a form of graceful and stylish acrobatics requiring strength and agility. Using rings, parallel bars, pommel horse and many more, the men's competition differs slightly from that of the women's. Olympic level has been performed and enjoyed by 2006 for over the last quarter-century.

100% dedication is required, athletes need strength, agility and a good sense of direction.
