Carnivals take place all over the UK and all over the world, these are sometimes small village events and sometimes HUGE town events, they usually involve local business, schools and clubs.

This is a popular yearly event with friends, families and colleagues setting out to watch or join in the spectacular possessions that usually take place through the summer in the UK.

Towns and villages throughout the UK and all over the world, famous carnivals are The Notting Hill Carnival in London in the UK and one of the most recognised being in Re De Janeiro in Brazil for outlandish and spectacular costumes and floats.

Ages range from young children under parental or adult supervision, their is no upper age limit.

Anyone can help with the carnival all that is asked is you have plenty of enthusiasm, energy and usually a sense of humour is a great help.

Carnivals are such a delight running all over the UK and all over the world, clubs, business', schools and many more join in adding their special decorative float that will be a theme of anything from film to myth and legend, a carnival is not complete without it's queen and attendants, so there are many areas to help, administration, decorating the streets, collecting money for local charities, decorating the floats to arranging refreshment carts and the attendance of a fair ground.

You will need 100% dedication, to see this project through to the end whatever your area of the project.

The potential is to put smiles on faces and raise money for local and national charities and possibly get involved in other events in the community.
