Free running is an activity only attempted by teenagers and early twenty year olds, because of the potential phisical dangers, children should be prevented from attempting free running as a pastime.

Description
Free running is similar to Parkour, Free running differs in that it incorporates elements of tricking as well. As such, it is a more creative and artistic way of movement, open to personal interpretation. Natural free-running uses buildings, walls and street furniture (pillar boxes, lamp-standards etc) as equipment and aid to fast passage. Inspiration and popularity of free running has developed from television and video adventures using these techniques.
