Ability

Description
The playing area depends on the area available and the age and fitness of the players, and has a batting circle of two strides circumference in the middle. the batsman takes up position in the circle, the bowling target being the batsman's legs. The batsman must not move his legs, defending his legs by twisting his upper torso. the first ball is bowled from approximately six strides from the batsman, there after from wherever the ball is fielded, by the fielder who has the ball.
Dedication
Runs are scored by the batsman hitting the ball outside his circle. Singles are scored by the batsman passing the bat completely around his body, four runs are scores if the ball is hit outside the playing area. A batsman is out if his legs are hit by the ball or he is caught by a fielder or if he moves his legs. The fielder who gets a batsman out takes bat. If a batsman is out for moving his legs the fielder who has been longest since batting takes bat.
