Torball is a team sport for the blind and visually impaired. It is played by two teams positioned on opposite sides of the pitch. Players attempt to throw a ball that has bells embedded in it into the opponents' goal.

Description
The game object of Torball is to score as many goals as possible by rolling the ball under the 3 cords into the goal of the opposing team. The 3 player teams are both attackers and defenders during the two-five minute periods. If the ball touches one of the three cords, a penalty is called, where one player leaves the field and the remaining two players must try and defend their goal for one ‘throw’ by the opposing team.

*Torball is most commonly played on a field of play that is 18m long by 9m wide.
*The goals span the width of the pitch.
*The ball is similar to a football, it weighs 1.25 kg and has eight holes with noise bells contained within.
*The ball's circumference is around 76 cm.
*Games consist of two 10 minute halves.
