Dancesport consists of Ballroom and Latin American dancing as seen on Strictly Come Dancing but better! It encompasses 10 dances and appeals to all age groups from as young as 3 upwards.

Description
If you have the passion and devotion, you can become a World Champion or 'Grand Finalist'. This will mean travelling extensively across the world, competing, demonstrating and lecturing.
Dedication
Anyone can enjoy dancing, it is a great way to keep fit. If you want to take it further than a social activity, then you need dedication as it is hard work!
Potential
If you want to compete there are numerous competitions that take place every weekend. There are also major annual Championships called the Open British and Closed British. Social dancers can also take medal tests which set them a goal to achieve.
