An alternative darts game, played socially, using a standard dartboard and darts. Round the Clock Darts is contested by two payers or two teams of equal numbers.

Round the Clock Darts is a recognized game and as such is widely played, the exact popularity is hard to attain as games are played unofficialy.

Round the Clock Darts in common with standard darts is normally played in doors and can be played any where there is room to hang a dartboard and throw the darts a distance of eight feet.

Any age of either sex can play darts cricket making it an ideal family entertainment. Children should be supervised until responsible enough to throw sharp darts safely.

All abilities can play darts although a good aim and steady hand are an advantage, as is hand eye co-ordination.

Each player in turn, throws three darts in a turn. After starting with a double ( the outer scoring circle of the board), each player must throw one dart into each sector in order from one to twenty. Darts missing the required sector are not counted. The first to twenty is the winner.

As this activity is played purely for pleasure there is no necessary level of dedication, although as with all games of accuracy practise does improve your aim.

There are no recognised competitions to be entered in Round the Clock darts, it is played purely as a fun alternative to darts, it does improve throwing accuracy for the standard game of darts.
