Buildering which is also known as Urban Climbing, is the climbing of buildings. This is an extremely dangerous activity, and illegal if the owner of the buildings permission has not been granted. It may also be prevented by local by/laws.

As an activity that is extremely dangerous and is often practiced outside of legal bounds Urban Climbing cannot be recommended for any age group. and all efforts should exercised to prevent or dissuade children or teenagers from taking part.
